About The Position
Are you passionate about design, great at building relationships, and ready to take on an exciting challenge?
Join our Winnings Trade Division and help us expand our reach across designers, architects, premium joiners, and kitchen companies. You’ll collaborate closely with our showroom retail teams, nurturing and growing connections that bring our vision to life.
Develop new business and manage existing accounts within your state, hitting referral targets and KPIs through relationship-building and sales expertise.
Present compelling Company/Product/Brand/Trends to industry professionals, showcasing your knowledge and passion for design.
Tailor project proposals to client briefs, track progress, and ensure successful project completion, handing over to retail or commercial teams as needed.
Provide samples, marketing collateral, documentation assistance, install tips, and tech recommendations—everything clients need for a smooth experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, set up showroom appointments, and deliver personalized, high-quality service.
Handle orders, generate quotes, and resolve challenges on the fly, whether for small remodels or major builds.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and achieving sales targets.
A formal design qualification is advantageous but not essential. A genuine love for design is a must.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn complex product knowledge and stay updated on new developments.
High integrity, exceptional time management, and effective planning skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and collaborative team player.
Previous industry experience is a plus.
