In this role, you will support a wide range of Faculty-level functions, including administration for senior leadership, coordination of committees and events, diary and logistics support, responding to enquiries, and contributing to continuous improvements in administrative processes. You will also be deployed to support Schools and Departments as required, ensuring consistent and reliable service delivery across the Faculty. Some of your key responsibilities include: • Provide high-quality administrative support across Faculty operations, including diary management, logistics, travel, room bookings and preparation of materials. • Coordinate committees and meetings by managing schedules, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions. • Assist with the organisation of Faculty events, activities and on/off-site meetings, including catering and resourcing. • Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information or escalate to relevant stakeholders. • Support Schools and Departments as required, including general administrative services and website updates. • Contribute to improvements in administrative systems, processes and procedures, and ensure compliance with EEO and WHS requirements. About You You will be a highly organised, adaptable and customer-focused administrator with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will bring initiative, sound judgement, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively. Desirable • Experience supporting committees or senior leadership teams. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check. A Working With Children Check is not routinely required for this role; however, you may be asked to obtain one where operational needs require it.
