Who's hiring?

While we can't reveal the name just yet, we can tell you this: you'll be joining one of South Australia's longest privately-owned family businesses and working across some iconic South Australian brands. People tend to stick around here (low staff turnover is a badge of honour), and for good reason—the marketing team is collaborative, future-focused and genuinely supportive. You'll be based in Wayville with an experienced team by your side, and you'll get the chance to travel interstate and see your campaigns come to life across multiple brands and businesses.

So, what's the role?

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll work across multiple brands, helping to shape and deliver digital campaigns that actually get noticed. It's a hands-on role where you'll balance strategy and execution, from paid campaigns to content to SEO. You'll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and a supportive team to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. It's varied, fast-paced, and never dull— one day you might be optimising SEO, the next briefing in content, and the next on a plane interstate.

Here's what a typical week might look like:

* Developing and delivering digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Collaborating with the marketing team to deliver initiatives that boost retention, conversion, and user experience.
* Creating and maintaining engaging website content with best-practice SEO.
* Managing EDM communications — from concept to delivery and reporting.
* Partnering with agencies on SEO/SEM and tracking performance.
* Staying across digital trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Briefing, directing, and collaborating with content producers to deliver engaging content.

Enough about us—let's talk about whether this role is for you

If this role is perfect for you, you'll probably tick a few of these boxes:

* Tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, journalism or PR
* Around 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics best practice and socials platform advertising.
* Confident using Campaign Monitor (or any decent EDM tool)—and the know-how to make sure those emails actually get opened.
* Knowledge of best practise SEO and PPC is desirable.
* Skilled in creating, capturing and rolling out content across all kinds of digital channels.
* Experience with CMS platforms and a solid grasp of how great website design and content should look and feel.
* Experience with the Adobe Suite is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural flair for writing.
* Strong organisational skills—you love a to-do list, and even better, you finish it.
* A true collaborator—you work well with others and lift the team around you.
* A creative thinker who isn't afraid to share new ideas.
