Job Description
* Assists day-to-day IT operations to ensure smooth functionality and efficiency
* Provides IT reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, cellular devices, POS systems, handheld devices, kiosks, and related peripherals
* Coordinate installs and maintains complex software systems
* Identifies, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Responds to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues
* They should update the user information in an organizational system
* To update the user access for given IT applications for new and current employees
