Administration Assistant – Part-Time
Location: Portland, VIC
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hourly Rate: $28 – $30
We are seeking a motivated and professional Administration Assistant to join our team in Portland. This part-time role offers a great opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment, providing essential administrative support across our base and satellite clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage reception duties, including answering phone calls and emails for multiple clinic locations
· Coordinate and action correspondence from GPs and third-party organisations
· Schedule patient appointments across various locations and clinicians, including reminders and billing
· Organise equipment and supplies for podiatrists
· Provide administrative support to our Mt Gambier and Naracoorte teams
· Perform general cleaning duties, including treatment rooms, toilets, and common areas to maintain a clean and professional environment

· Be confident using multiple computer systems simultaneously
· Have strong time management and organisational skills
· Thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
· Present professionally with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Be capable of working independently and demonstrating initiative
· Be eager to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
· Hold a valid driver's licence (occasional travel to Mt Gambier for training required)
Previous administration experience is highly regarded.
