We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking an experienced Responsive Works Coordinator to triage work requests and manage the timely allocation and execution of responsive maintenance works under the NSW LAHC contract. Reporting directly to the Delivery Administration Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to ensure performance targets are achieved, trade resource efficiency is maximised, and service delivery is consistently aligned to contract KPIs.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, commercially astute, and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Triage responsive maintenance work requests and allocate trade resources in line with contract KPIs- Monitor subcontractor and internal trade performance to ensure timely service delivery- Provide clear and professional communication to LAHC regarding scope, tenancy issues, and approvals- Maintain real-time work order documentation within the Evolution platform- Share workload within the RWC team and support colleagues as needed- Participate in quality and performance feedback initiatives to improve contractor performance- Undertake tenant quality surveys and gather feedback to support service improvement- Analyse and report on performance metrics using BGIS and client-aligned dashboardsEducation, Experience & SkillsEssential:- Experience in responsive or reactive maintenance coordination- Strong written and verbal communication skills- High level of computer proficiency, including Evolution or similar CMMS platforms- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume transactional workloads- Sound judgement and commercial acumen for best-value resource allocation- Demonstrated capability in building client and contractor relationshipsDesirable:- Trade, administration, or facilities-related qualification- Experience in government housing contracts or property maintenance environments- Background in contractor or subcontractor performance managementWorkplace FlexibilityTo support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site at our Sydney office.
