News Corp Australia is looking for a Head of Domain Architecture Data & AI, a leadership position responsible for overseeing the architecture of data and AI for News Corp Australia.
This role designs, implements, and maintains data & AI architecture strategies and solutions that align with the organisation's goals within that domain.
Responsibilities include developing data & AI models and architectures, establishing data & AI governance policies, ensuring data & AI security and compliance, and optimising data for efficient management and analysis.
The head will have direct reports of Data & AI Architects and will collaborate with other domain teams and stakeholders to integrate data & AI architecture with other systems and processes across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesLead the Data & AI Architecture Strategy – Oversee the overall architecture direction, roadmap, and design for all initiatives under the Data & AI domain, ensuring alignment with enterprise and global technology strategies.Develop and Govern Architectural Standards – Establish and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and best practices that drive efficiency, reusability, and agility across systems and processes.Drive Innovation and Emerging Technologies – Provide thought leadership in leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to deliver strategic business value.Collaborate and Align with Stakeholders – Partner with enterprise architects, domain teams, and business leaders to ensure architecture solutions meet organisational goals and deliver measurable outcomes.Optimise Performance and Delivery – Ensure architecture initiatives achieve key performance objectives such as cost efficiency, data utilisation, scalability, and speed to market.Build and Lead High-Performing Teams – Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through mentoring, training, and developing a skilled, empowered architecture team.Who are you?
