About The Role
Our Federal Government client is seeking experienced professionals for the following positions:
Organisational Change ManagerICT Project ManagerTraining Service ManagerLead UX DesignerSenior Business Analyst
This is a long-term contract opportunity with an initial 12-month engagement and up to two 12-month extensions, based fully onsite in Canberra (ACT).
Key Responsibilities
Organisational Change ManagerA minimum of five years’ experience delivering organisational change in complex, technology-driven environmentsDemonstrated experience applying structured change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similarExperience supporting large-scale digital or ICT transformation programsICT Project ManagerExperience delivering projects using methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, or similarStrong understanding of project governance, frameworks, and methodologiesExperience working within large Federal Government or enterprise ICT environmentsLead UX DesignerDemonstrated experience developing UX artefacts such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprintsProficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure RP, Sketch, or Adobe XDExperience leading UX activities within large government or enterprise environmentsSenior Business AnalystDemonstrated application of user-centred design principles, including personas, service blueprints, and journey mapsExperience applying business analysis practices to complex business problems, including those involving emerging technologiesA minimum of seven years’ experience in a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent roleTraining Service ManagerDemonstrated experience designing and delivering technology training for diverse audiencesStrong technical knowledge of digital tools, systems, and software platformsProven instructional design skills, including development of presentations, guides, and e-learning content
Essential Criteria
Australian Citizenship (mandatory).Holding Positive Vetting (PV) security clearance.Experience applying structured delivery methodologies or frameworks relevant to the role (e.g. project management, business analysis, UX, training, or change management).Demonstrated experience working on large-scale ICT or digital transformation programs.Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executives in complex environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Desirable Criteria
Prior experience working within Federal Government or highly regulated environments.Experience delivering outcomes within multi-stream programs of work.Exposure to user-centred design, change adoption, or benefits realisation practices.Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior team members.Familiarity with ICT governance, assurance, and compliance frameworks.
