Job Title: Full Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant – Rockhampton. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra’s customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, and through your collaborative approach you empower customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent Telstra in-store and deliver high-quality customer service to all customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations to transform their telecommunications experience.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest technology, devices, and services.
- Contribute to a target-driven sales environment, collaborating with team members to achieve sales KPIs.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and support career growth within Telstra.
What you’ll do
As a Telstra Retail Consultant, you’ll be continually trained on the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets. Your knowledge, progressive sales approach and consultative service will help you support and provide solutions for our customers.
