Terre is seeking an experienced and driven Development Manager to join their growing team.
This is a key role within their development team, responsible for, managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality industrial assets that align with the investment strategy.
You will be involved in every stage of the development lifecycle from site acquisition and feasibility through to pre-leasing, delivery, and handover playing a vital role in shaping the future of Terre's industrial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of industrial development projects Conduct feasibility analysis and manage project financials Negotiate and manage legal documentation including HOA's, AFLs, Leases, and Building Contracts Manage consultant teams in the preparation of building specifications, design documents and planning application package Manage the construction delivery with appointed building partner in accordance with specific development budgets Assist with the preparation and execution of leasing and marketing strategies for both pre-committed and speculative developments Liaise with agents, tenants, consultants, and authorities to progress development opportunities Prepare regular development reports covering budgets, risks, and key milestones About You Tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years' experience in property development, with a strong focus on industrial projects Proficiency in financial modelling software such as EstateMaster, Excel, or similar tools Understanding of construction plans and practices, and stakeholder management Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Strong team player who is self-motivated and driven to achieve outstanding outcomes This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-impact industrial developments within a dynamic and growing business.I can be reached on 0423325015, or on email at: ******
