Key Role: Automotive Workshop Controller
About the Job:
This role involves coordinating day-to-day workshop operations by planning, supervising and controlling repair orders.
* Providing strategic support to the Service Manager
* Maintaining workshop efficiency and ensuring a smooth workflow of all work performed in the workshop
* Ensuring high-quality workmanship throughout the workshop
About You:
We are seeking an individual with strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask, prioritise and delegate tasks effectively.
Prior experience as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician, Australian working rights, driver's licence and mechanical trade qualification are highly desirable.
