Fixed Term (until September 2024) – Full-Time
This fixed term 12-month administrative role provides a high level of customer service and administration support to our Health Information Services Team. A typical day may involve:
1. professional and courteous management of front desk duties including greeting clients, dealing with client and customer enquiries, both on the phone or in person
2. maintaining the Patient Master Index
3. admin tasks to include; data entry, photocopying, filing, responding to emails, collection and distribution of mail.

5. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
6. Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Word, Excel, Outlook
7. Have the ability to work with deadlines and competing demands
8. Be able to work both independently and as a team
9. Have good problem solving and decision-making skills
