About the Role:
Our Store Associates play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by actively listening to their needs, providing detailed product information, and serving as brand ambassadors at all times.
The role involves greeting customers warmly, assisting with their requirements, maintaining high shop floor standards, and offering outstanding service at the fitting rooms and tills. This position demands flexibility, with a requirement to work 38 hours per week across varied shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Main Responsibilities:
* Greeting all customers in a friendly manner
* Helping customers with any of their needs
* Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness
* Providing exceptional service at the fitting rooms and tills
* Processing deliveries, maintaining tidy stock, and equipment/back of house areas
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
* A desire to achieve excellence in everything you do
* Ability to be approachable and comfortable interacting with diverse customers
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Capacity to follow detailed instructions and processes efficiently
