The role
Supports the Talent Acquisition Manager in leading the seasonal recruitment strategy and projects for Pandora ANZ, from advertising to screening, contracts, and other administrative tasks and recruitment support.
* Supporting volume recruitment for 300 seasonal hires
* Liaising with candidates and hiring managers
* Resume screening and booking group interviews
* Contract support
* Supporting contact for Store and Regional Managers
* Maintaining accurate data and reporting
The successful candidate
* Experience in a high-volume internal recruitment role
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to provide an exceptional candidate experience
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
