About the Role
This is a Full Time position within the Digital Department. As the Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for all technical project activity for the IDAM project. You will be proficient in IDAM technologies, in their administration, development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint, ensuring secure access and compliance with organizational policies.
* Integrate SailPoint with various systems and applications to streamline identity management processes.
* Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient identity management environment, including Role Based Access and review processes.
* Work closely with IT and security teams to manage user access controls and ensure seamless operation of IAM systems.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Identity and Access Management deployments, preferably SailPoint.
* 3+ years' experience and/or certification in Windows Server 2012 or later and virtualization technologies e.g. VMWare.
* Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Domain Controller. Experience with Exchange online.
* Experience in Exchange hybrid environment.
