About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Partnership Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Partnership Developer, you will be responsible for developing our partnership network by finding and recruiting new partners. You will work closely with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies, providing them with value-added solutions to revolutionize their business operations.
Responsibilities:
* Initiate contact and qualify potential partners to understand their business needs and determine how we can build a win-win relationship.
* Analyze and understand partner profiles, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can provide personalized solutions.
* Showcase the product through personalized demonstrations of Odoo's technology.
* Quote and negotiate conditions for collaboration.
Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Business.
* Fluent in English and French.
* 1-4 years of technology sales experience.
* Possess strong analytical skills and passion for sales, negotiation, and achieving targets.
* Enjoy taking initiatives to help the team, partners, and customers; thrive in an autonomous environment.

Our Sales department is divided into two parts: Direct & Indirect Sales. In Direct Sales, we work directly with SMEs. In Indirect Sales, we collaborate with Partners (Odoo Resellers).
