Finance Transformation Expert
Job Responsibilities
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.
* Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture and validate user needs.
* Model and document end-to-end procurement processes to support solution design and configuration.
* Ensure technical architects and development teams understand functional requirements.
* Review system demos and prototypes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Participate in developing test scenarios and scripts for system testing and UAT.
* Conduct quality assurance reviews of test results to confirm business requirements are met.
* Support defect triage and resolution during testing cycles.
* Assist with data migration planning, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data integrity and readiness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
* CPA/CA qualification preferred.
* Oracle ERP certifications or training (if applicable) are a plus.
* Mid to senior-level experience in finance operations, systems, or transformation roles.
* Strong understanding of finance processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, Tax, and Reporting.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (or similar ERP platforms) is highly desirable, especially experience with Procurement modules and EPM.
* Inventory accounting experience is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements and configurations.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in change management and user engagement during system implementations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
