About This Opportunity
Tutor10x is seeking current or former academics (lecturers, tutors, course coordinators) who have established relationships within Australian tertiary institutions.
This is a unique opportunity to leverage your existing network and industry knowledge to help students access real-world, industry-aligned capstone and internship experiences.

We're looking for trusted insiders—people who understand how institutions work and can advocate for innovative student experiences from within.
Your Dual Role
* Act as Tutor10x's point of contact with your institution(s)
* Present Smart Project and Capstone programs to faculty
* Arrange and deliver presentations to stakeholders
* Negotiate partnership agreements
* Track and report on partnership pipeline
* Be the first point of contact for enrolled cohorts
* Conduct orientation sessions (virtual or on-campus)
* Provide ongoing support and check-ins
* Liaise between students and supervisors
* Gather feedback for program improvement
* 10% commission on first cohort from each partnership
* Ongoing 10% on subsequent cohorts while you manage the relationship
* Commission on net program fees received
* Monthly payments following receipt of student fees
Example Earnings
With 2 cohorts per year = $2,000 annually from one partnership
Ideal Candidate
* ✓ Current or former academic (lecturer, tutor, course coordinator)
* ✓ Existing relationships within Australian tertiary institutions
* ✓ Understanding of capstone, WIL, or internship programs
* ✓ Strong presentation and communication skills
* ✓ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
* ✓ ABN holder or willing to register as a sole trader

Legal Framework (Fair Work Compliance)
This role is structured as a genuine independent contractor engagement in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth):
* Operate as an independent consultant with your own ABN
* Free to set your own hours and methods of work
* May work for other entities concurrently
* Issue tax invoices to Tutor10x for commission earned
* Responsible for your own taxes, super, and insurance
* Not entitled to employee benefits (leave, minimum wage)
* Either party may terminate with reasonable notice
Note: This is a commission-only role with no base salary. Earnings are directly tied to successful partnership outcomes.
