**APS5 - Web Administrator and Content Manager**:

The National Library of Australia is seeking an experienced **Web Administrator and Content Manager** to assist get the National Library's important message out through its digital media
You will:
- Support the coordination, planning and scheduling of digital content
- Publish priority content using the Library's content management system (Drupal)
- Write content for the Library
- Develop and provide content management system training across the Library
- Following approved content publishing standards and guidelines, ensuring compliance with Digital Transformation Agency guidelines, web publishing processes and governance
- Provide reports on website and social media usage.
You will develop and maintain internal and external relationships including with external providers to:
- Use evidence, including analytics and best practice options, to engage with stakeholders to identify solutions that meet business needs and outcomes
- Negotiate the development of website content that is accessible and audience-centric.
Occasional out-of-hours work is required to support Library events and activities. The Library offers flexible working hours to support these requirements.
To be a suitable applicant, you must have qualifications or equivalent experience in content management and website publishing.
The technical skills required for this vacancy are:
- The ability to develop and edit written communication for digital platforms.
- The ability to develop, edit, train and support users in the website content management system.
