Edge Clothing Store Manager - Colonnades
Edge Clothing is a rapidly growing retailer with over 50 stores throughout Australia. An exciting opportunity has presented itself at our Colonnades store.
This is a hands-on role covering all areas of retail. You will be responsible for all aspects of the business to ensure sales budgets and store KPIs are exceeded.
These include:
1. Mentoring, managing, and developing team members
2. Developing a collaborative, fun, results-driven team environment
3. Creative visual merchandising and managing inventory
4. Setting monthly rosters and managing staffing requirements
5. Ensuring implementation of company policies
6. Participating in recruitment and selection of team members

The successful candidate:
You will be highly motivated with strong sales skills. You will be a natural leader and a great team player. Having previous management experience and a deep understanding of the retail industry (essential) is required. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to motivate staff, and generate sales.
