Procurement & Commercial Specialist
We are seeking a driven Procurement & Commercial Analyst to join our team in this newly created role. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for improving how we buy, manage suppliers, and make commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse purchasing and commercial data to identify areas for improvement;
* Develop, maintain, and enhance periodic procurement and commercial reports and dashboards;
* Monitor and track procurement savings, contract compliance, and spend leakage;
* Highlight issues and support action plans to drive continuous improvement;
* Maintain and improve purchase order and pricing systems;
* Support supplier reviews, business cases, and commercial planning;
* Provide insights into market trends and consumer behaviour to inform procurement and commercial strategy;
* Design and implement practical, user-friendly digital tools and templates to support procurement and commercial execution.
Requirements:
* A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field;
* 2+ years' experience in Procurement, Commercial, Finance, or Business Analytics roles;
* Strong data skills, including Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and experience managing large datasets;
* Proficiency in Python or similar tools for analytics and automation;
* Demonstrated ability to deliver insights and build dashboards/tools that support decision-making;
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams;
* Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
