This is a greatly challenging and fast paced Monday to Friday role, working from 7.30am to 4pm, based in our Parkside Office within the high performing South Australian Service & Warranty Team. This role is best suited for individuals who can work in an extremely fast paced environment due to high volumes of work and can deal with the high pressures of the position.
Reporting to the Service & Warranty Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
1. The processing and qualifying of Service requests and Warranty claims
2. Providing administrative support to the Service & Warranty Supervisors
3. Responding to a high number of emails in a timely manner
4. Receiving all incoming telephone calls from customers regarding service related issues and resolving them in a timely and professional manner
5. General administration duties

The successful candidate will have:
1. Prior experience in the Building Industry would be highly regarded
2. Experience in a customer service role
3. Experience working with a range of IT applications and software
4. Exceptional communication and time management skills
5. Customer file management and negotiation skills
6. A proven ability to work in a time-critical environment
