 
        
        Personal & Administration Assistant – Hybrid Role
Location: Gold Coast (Hybrid Working)
Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re seeking a Personal & Executive Assistant to support our CEO across business and personal matters. This is a hybrid role based on the Gold Coast, combining admin support, client follow-ups, and personal assistance.
What you’ll be doing: 
• Managing the CEO’s calendar, calls, and meetings 
• Following up with clients after strategy sessions 
• Handling light admin and day-to-day business tasks 
• Booking travel, appointments, and helping keep life organised 
• Assisting with creative tasks (Canva/design tools experience a plus)
What we’re looking for: 
• Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills 
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable balancing varied tasks 
• Previous PA/EA experience preferred 
• Background in real estate or finance highly regarded 
• Bonus: Canva/design skills for straightforward presentations or documents
