Job Description
As a Shore Financial Mortgage Broker, you'll run your own business with the backing of Australia's #1 independent brokerage, combining autonomy with comprehensive operational and marketing support.

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity, where you will:
* Build and manage your own client pipeline supported by Shore's brand, referrals, and partnerships
* Partner with Shore's in-house marketing team to execute tailored marketing collateral to grow your business
* Guide clients from initial strategy through to settlement, supported by centralised processing and fulfilment teams
* Utilise Shore's platforms and tools to manage workflows, compliance, and client engagement

Qualifications
To succeed as a Shore Financial Broker, you'll need:
* Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement — support provided)
* Experience in sales, mortgage broking, banking, or customer-facing financial services
* A strong desire to build a scalable, flexible broking business
* A client-first mindset and passion for delivering high‑quality advice
