We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Current AHPRA registration and a commitment to high‑quality professional practice.
* Extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist within a tertiary referral hospital setting.
* Confidence working independently, with the ability to balance and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* A strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying current with evolving clinical systems.
* Exceptional problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical and digital workflow challenges.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
1. Full Pharmacist registration with AHPRA with no restrictions to the scope of practice.
2. Extensive experience as a clinical pharmacist at a tertiary referral hospital, including experience and technical knowledge of clinical information systems.
3. Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and consult effectively, advise and provide assistance to professional peers and staff.
4. Demonstrated ability to actively participate in quality improvement programs as well as training and education experience.
5. Demonstrated and effective skills in service planning, problem solving, ability to implement initiatives and provide ongoing review to ensure continuous quality enhancement of Pharmacy Clinical Informatics.
