We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and shipping processes.
About the Role
* Responsible for receiving and shipping service spare parts, materials and supplies at the warehouse shop.
* Update inventory management system on time for every movement received or delivered.
* Track purchase orders and shipments from suppliers and also between internal inventory shops/locations.
This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Examine maximum and minimum levels of service spare parts, materials and supplies to determine shortages.
* Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory.
* Take wall-to-wall physical inventory counts.
* Maintain a clean and organized inventory location.
* Set up bins, shelving, and organize storage tracking systems for all service spare parts.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
* 2+ years of relevant industry experience.
* Bachelor's degree and/or evidence of exceptional experience.
* Experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or Inventory Management Software, ERP.
* Experience using Excel.
