In this role, you will test and design the operating effectiveness of critical controls, identifying improvements to the design of these contracts to manage material risks and report findings in written reports.
You will lead a program of work with the business to uplift controls specific to Banking and Wealth, supporting them manage their material risks and collaborate with stakeholders across the ecosystem to understand end to end process.In addition, you will provide commercial and insightful advice and agree actions to optimise management of risks, develop ongoing relationships with key business stakeholders and share and adopt learnings utilising experience across the broader Group and industry to drive best practice.What You OfferDemonstrable experience in Operational Risk, Internal Audit or Assurance, ideally in Wealth Management and BankingStrong understanding of controls, industry practices and the regulatory landscapeHigh degree of commercial acumen, providing valued insights and strategic directionExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsEffective Data Analytics skills are valuable.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.About Banking and Financial ServicesBanking and Financial Services is our technology-driven retail bank.
