About the Role
\
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes and communities.\
\
Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability and current driver's licence with access to a comprehensive insured vehicle. You will also need to have First Aid and CPR certification, an Australian Federal Police Check, and a NSW Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.\
\
Responsibilities include providing transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and social and community access.\
\

Compensation and Benefits

As a Personal Care Worker with us, you can expect a competitive hourly rate, plus shift loadings and superannuation. You will also have access to ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.\
