LO-GO Appointments QLD is seeking expressions of interest from Candidates who are interested in working within Local Government in regional / remote areas of Queensland. Throughout the year, our Clients right across Queensland seek temporary and permanent Employees within the below areas of work:
* Workshop Supervisor
* Workshop Manager
* Fleet Services
* Mechanical Supervisor
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the management of a workshop including staff supervision and mentoring, work allocation, ordering parts and materials and maintaining effective records.
* Ability to meet project priorities by ensuring the availability of adequate resources and minimal downtime of equipment.
* Capable of using a computer, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade or equivalent.
* Hold a minimum C class Drivers Licence and General Construction Safety Card.
* Physically fit and capable of performing all duties associated with the position.
For temporary roles located within regional / remote areas of Queensland, self-contained accommodation is provided and travel expenses are covered at the beginning and end of the assignment. Attractive hourly rates will be negotiated.
