Documenting Specialist
The Documenting Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting project delivery by creating and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed project documentation utilizing Revit, CAD, and SketchUp to ensure timely and profitable project completion.
2. Maintain an organized document library, ensuring seamless access for the design team.
3. Regularly update and enhance the documentation library, promoting efficiency and best practices.
4. Provide expert guidance and training to the design team on updates to the library, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Share valuable resources, including shortcuts, lisp programs, and AutoCAD functions, with the design team to optimize their workflow.
6. Create working drawings, plans, elevations, joinery, and partition details, adhering to the highest standards.
7. Independently manage small projects from time to time, exercising sound judgment and technical expertise.
8. Ensure accurate management of document contributions within project financials.
