Offering both Plan Management and Support Services to NDIS participants who are currently looking for Customer Service Specialists to join their team, we are specialists in delivering a high level of customer service to assist and empower their customers.

**The Role**:
- Provide information and explain the benefits of **Plan Management** and **NDIS** requirements
- Triage problems, determine the cause, and provide the best solution
- Build and **maintain a sustainable relationship** of trust through open and empathetic communication
- Follow and adhere to** communication procedures, guidelines, and procedures**
**About You**:
- MUST BE an** Australian Citizenship or PR**:
- Experience in a call centre or **phone-based** customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High **attention to detail** and excellent** organisational skills**:
- Ability to provide an **empathetic** and **understanding** approach
- A problem solver, who loves a challenge
