Recruitment Consultant (Roles in HR, Finance & Business Support) – Melbourne
What you'll do
* Manage your own division and P&L with autonomy and flexible working conditions.
* Develop and nurture existing relationships (local and national agreements) to serve large multinationals and successful SMEs.
* Fill roles across Finance, HR, IT, and Business Support with no geographic or salary boundaries.
* Lead by example and help Core Talent double in size by building a team of your choosing.
* Partner with marketing and business development to growth opportunities.
What we're looking for
* 4+ years' external agency recruitment experience with strong billing background (Finance, HR, IT, or Business Support advantageous but not essential).
* Experience building or leading a team and the ability to work autonomously.
* Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships and deliver results.
