Our_ Vascular_ business seeks an enthusiastic and proactive _administration star_ to join our dynamic team based at our head office in **Macquarie Park**.
**Your responsibilities are to (and not limited to)**:
- Collate basic sales and marketing information through feedback from reps, Business unit manager, regional sales managers
- Liaise with agencies, organise customer training & education programs in line with yearly marketing plans, including venue booking
- Inventory liaison and product demo management
- Participate in the development of collateral to be used by Sales Representatives when dealing with Health Care Professionals (HCPs)
- Participate in managing marketing material development, execution and distribution to ensure salesforce have tools required to proactively drive sales
- Work with Product Manager and local creative and production agencies to develop communications assets
- Work with internal Regulatory Affairs to ensure that all collateral is approved for use in the local market
- Update and maintain information systems, databases, records, files and confidential documents in consideration of company policies, compliance and audit procedures
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, training courses and conferences as required
- Review incoming correspondence, dispatching material to appropriate team members
**Who we’re looking for**:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience in a large corporate environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a Business discipline viewed favourably
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability, trustworthiness and taking ownership of your work
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
