Job Summary
This role will be available from a specified date. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Therapy Assistant to join our team at one of our aged care facilities.
Responsibilities
* Provide mobility and exercise programs to residents under the direction of physiotherapists
* Deliver therapeutic activity programs to residents as directed
* Participate in planning and organisation of therapy programs
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coach staff.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or higher/equivalent qualification
* Experience in a similar role (Occupational Therapist Assistant or Physiotherapist Assistant)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
