The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity in Narooma for quality and talented Chefs to join the team on a full-time basis as a Chef at Merivale, you will need the following experience and attributes:
* 3+ years relevant experience in the industry
* Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques
* Worked in fast paced, high-end restaurant, pub, cafe, or hotel
* Good organisation and the ability to train junior staff
* An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
* Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
* Knowledge around stocktake, ordering food and wage costs
