Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Job Summary
As the Infrastructure Engineer, your role is key in improving the stability and reliability of our cloud offerings and solutions to ensure continuity of service for our customers.
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end development of key cloud platform and solutions, including technical design, integration requirements, delivery, and lifecycle management.
You are a specialist within a technology domain and are viewed as the go-to person in the business for providing technical support in the development and delivery of cloud infrastructure platforms and solutions.

What You'll Do
Manage delivery, integration, operationalisation, and lifecycle of relevant systems and solutions across technology streams
Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to develop suitable solutions
Optimize deployments from testing to production environments
Design system lifecycle plans and identify improvement opportunities
Identify system risks and develop mitigation strategies
Innovate to improve processes, systems, and solutions to meet stakeholder needs
About You
5+ years of experience in Infrastructure network security
Experience with firewall platforms like Checkpoint, Palo Alto; certifications are a plus
Knowledge of network concepts such as switching, routing protocols, and static/rule-based routing
Experience with cloud technologies (VPC, peering, gateways, SD-WAN)
Knowledge of encryption and tunneling protocols (PKI, IPSec, SSL VPN, TLS, IKE)
Understanding of application protocols and content inspection (Load-balancing, WAF, IPS, IDS)
Knowledge of security requirements and platform hardening principles
Experience with security tools like Tenable Nessus
Familiarity with SolarWinds NPM, NCM & NTA
Experience in IT network/infrastructure design and documentation
Support experience in datacenter operations
Willingness to support operations during non-office hours
