This role is being offered as a 12 Month full-time contract.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your role as Systems Administrator is to maintain strong accuracy of the Yardi system and databases while providing business level support to ensure processes are completed in accordance with our requirements.
You responsibilities will include but extend beyond:
* Diagnose and resolve Yardi technical issues and faults reported by the Hawaiian team.
* Log and track support tickets raised with Yardi and ensure timely appropriate resolution.
* Test critical system processes after Yardi system updates and report any bugs / issues identified for resolution.
* Observe Hawaiian teamwork practices and suggest improvements with the use of Yardi software.
* Review & update correspondence and document templates (email templates, documents and reports) to ensure consistency of Hawaiian Brand with electronically distributed correspondence.
* Financial (Yardi) system maintenance and administration.
* Create New user profiles ensuring access and permissions are applicable to each role.
* Review user access and make necessary changes to allow / restrict system access as required.
* Review and diagnose access issues encountered by the Hawaiian team, resolve and deploy required changes to Hawaiian teams.
* Responsible for completing all system processes relating to completion of monthly standard charges, rent reviews, adhoc charges etc. related to, or contributing to, sending tenant invoices and adjustments, including management of Tenant Recoveries, outgoings budget and audit processes within the Yardi system.
* Responsible to ensure all Property and Lease information is entered into Yardi accurately, and Hawaiian processes relating to the management of Lease and Property information is adhered to.
About you
* Experience using and knowledge of, Yardi including Voyager 7 & 8 (Elevate) platforms.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the property industry.
* Financial reporting and/or debtor control experience.
* Strong Microsoft Office experience with the ability to quickly learn new systems with training.
* Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Act desirable.
