$110,000 – $130,000 + $15,000 Car Allowance + Super + $30k–$40k Bonus
We are seeking an experienced National Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition and expand national revenue across marine and industrial markets.
This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and building a strong national pipeline. Internal sales teams manage the day-to-day servicing of existing customers, allowing this role to focus on winning new business and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and win new customers across target industries and regions
* Develop opportunities that expand national market coverage
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Identify and pursue high-value target accounts aligned with company strategy
* Build relationships with key decision-makers across target organisations
* Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities

Package
* Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
* Car Allowance: $15,000
* Performance Bonus: $30,000 – $40,000 based on new business growth
* Superannuation and annual leave loading
