Assistant Service Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Service Manager to join our team at Mazda Southport. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIPS
* Operate at optimum capacity with effective cost control measures.
* Set and achieve service sales and profit objectives.
* Organize, direct, and control the activities of technicians to maximize resource utilization.
* Support the Sales Manager in ensuring CRM scores meet or exceed benchmarks.
* Maintain close monitoring and control of the service process.
* Ensure all interactions within the dealership meet the highest standards, both internally and externally.
About You:
* You are passionate about the automotive industry.
* You possess proven leadership experience from a dealership service environment.
* You have a strong understanding of service department processes, policies, and procedures.
* You excel in providing excellent customer service with developed communication skills (verbal and written).
* You have experience working with Service Department KPIs and possess great time management skills.
* Pentana Solutions (Reynolds & Reynolds) experience is preferred.
* You hold a current Manual Driver's License.
