**About the role**: 
This role will primarily be office based with activities based around administration and associated office procedures, sales both on the phone and face to face, associated computer work and retaining and building upon customer/supplier/carter relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with Customers face-to-face & over the phone in a shop/warehouse environment 
- Provide customers with exceptional Customer Service via counter and phone sales to existing and new customers. Create, check, dispatch orders in full and on time 
- Assist in minimization of costs and maximization of profits through daily activities 
- Provide appropriate information to Management regarding store and region activities 
- Assist in maintenance of inventory levels to satisfy customer requirements and market demand 
- Assist in management of transport resources to effectively maintain efficient service to customers 
- Ensure all administrative duties are completed with the Management System Guidelines and assist in administrative duties where required by Management 
- Any other reasonable task as requested by Management 
- Assist with stock take / inventory counts process to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained 
- Receipt goods & checking off paperwork while maintaining due diligence 
- General warehouse/office duties & house keeping

**Must have**:
- Background or experience in sales, distribution and customer service 
- Experience in office procedures/administration 
- Experience in shop sales environment and dealing with customers 
- Receipting/dispatching experience via computer processes 
- Enjoys working in a team environment 
- Team player, attention to detail, time management and organization skills
