As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents.
We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem solving.

About You The successful applicant will have demonstrated competence as a maintenance assistant or tradesperson or experience in a similar role, as well as: Be organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks Be computer literate e.g. basic knowledge with using Excel, Word, Outlook, Apps Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job Current Australian Drivers Licence Class C - Required Current MR Drivers Licence - Desired, but not required A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one) The ability to take initiative and be pro active The ability to work individually and in a team Relevant internal training and inductions will be provided to the successful candidate on site.
