You’ll join a nationally integrated practice advising government, public, and private clients, including REITs, property developers, infrastructure managers, and financiers. The team works on complex, high-value transactions, covering:
Capital transactions and large-scale acquisitions
Commercial leasing and development projects
Property funds and investment structures
High-profile domestic and cross-border deals
This role also offers the chance to gain exposure to the investment portfolios of some of the largest global private equity firms.

About You
Minimum 5 years PQE in real estate, property, or capital transactions
Experience within a reputable law firm environment
Strong drafting skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
A strong academic background (preferred)
