Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking to make a meaningful impact in Palliative and Aged Care?

Join our supportive and values-driven team at Bulli Hospital in a rewarding Level 3 Senior Physiotherapist role. This clinical leadership position is responsible for the provision and development of Physiotherapy services across the Palliative Care and Aged Care wards. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care during complex and vulnerable stages of life.

The successful applicant will bring:

- Advanced clinical skills in respiratory management and complex discharge planning

- Experience in compassionate goal setting and patient-centred care

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A passion for developing staff and students

- Commitment to quality improvement and service advocacy

- Advocacy for excellence in Physiotherapy care within the multidisciplinary team

A little about us.

Bulli Hospital provides inpatient, outpatient and allied health services, as well as the Urgent Care Centre, for the northern Illawarra. The Urgent Care Centre provides treatment for minor injury and illness. The nurse-led model of care enables patients to be seen and assessed by specialist nurses who, in consultation with medical teams, deliver treatment and management plans for patients.

Situated just a short drive from the stunning Bulli Beach and the scenic Illawarra Escarpment, the hospital not only provides essential health services but also offers a tranquil and beautiful environment for both patients and staff.
