Sales Executive – Mining, Civil and Resources

We're looking for someone who knows how to build genuine relationships and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be out front representing our business across the mining, civil and resources sectors. You'll work closely with our CEO and operations team to connect with the right people, open new doors, and help grow our reputation as a trusted, reliable partner on major projects.


What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your days meeting with clients, learning what they need, and finding ways we can help. You'll attend industry events, visit client sites, and represent the business with professionalism and authenticity.

You'll make calls, send emails, and start conversations that lead to real outcomes. You'll also support the CEO in key meetings, help prepare proposals and tenders, and play a big part in securing new work across labour hire, shutdown and maintenance services.

Keeping our CRM up to date will be part of your rhythm - tracking leads, opportunities, and progress. You'll share updates at team meetings, keep an eye on market trends, and bring fresh insights from what you're hearing in the field.

Collaboration is key in this role. You'll work hand-in-hand with the operations and recruitment teams to make sure what's promised to clients is delivered, and that communication stays clear every step of the way.


What You'll Bring

You're a natural communicator - confident talking to people at every level, from site supervisors to senior executives. You're organised, professional, and follow through on what you say you'll do.

You've spent a few years in business development, sales or client liaison, ideally within the mining, civil or resources space. You understand the value of relationships built on trust and consistent delivery.

A minimum of 2-3 years of business development or sales experience is required for this position.

Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 clients will be a bonus, and a current driver's licence is essential as some travel will be part of the role.
