**Job Title:** Customer Relationship Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience: Develop strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to deliver exceptional customer service. Utilize effective communication skills to review and input incoming orders, identifying opportunities to upsell via email or phone.
2. Data Entry & Order Management: Accurately input and update customer and sales data in our internal systems. Collaborate with the Customer Relationship team to process and track customer orders, maintaining up-to-date records across Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate timely communication and coordination among internal departments. Assist the Office Team with various administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies and replenishment of bathroom and tea room essentials as needed. Provide support to the Showroom Team one day per week, covering lunch breaks and staff leave when necessary. Additionally, offer assistance to other areas as required and provide training and knowledge sharing to team members.
