As a key figure in our construction team, you will be working closely with experienced professionals to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
* Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
* Financial planning and cost-tracking.
* Subcontract variation and progress claims.
* Assisting the project manager with client management.
The ideal candidate has 6 months - 2 years of experience working in a similar role for a commercial builder, local knowledge of Melbourne/Australia, financial management systems experience, and excellent communication skills. Ideally, tertiary degree qualifications related to Construction are preferred but not necessary.
