About the role
You'll oversee the full manufacturing process from production and fabrication through to installation, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard. The role involves a mix of workshop work, site installs and team coordination, with support from management and admin staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate daily production and installation schedules
* Lead and assist with fabrication, printing and installs
* Supervise, train and support production & signwriting staff
* Maintain an organised workshop, equipment and materials
* Liaise with design, sales and management teams to clarify job details
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety and deadline requirements
Essential skills
* Experience leading a small team in a fast-paced environment
* Advanced knowledge of signage manufacture and installation
* Problem solver with excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Commitment to safe, tidy and professional work practices
Advantageous skills
* Signwriting formal qualification
* Adobe Illustrator basics
* EWP High Risk licence
