We form part of Strikeforce which employees over 2,500 people Australia wide, providing sales, marketing, sampling and data management services to Australia's largest retailers.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our Operations Team and lead our Brand Ambassador VIC Field Team. As the Field Team Leader, you'll play a key role in coaching, training and developing the team, ensuring top-tier execution of client campaigns (mainly in a grocery environment), completing instore demonstrations and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate Brand Ambassadors to continuously improve performance
* Support onboarding and training of new team members
* Deliver face-to-face briefings and training sessions to maintain high execution standards
* Effectively manage resources to ensure professional campaign delivery
* Provide on-the-ground support for store, product, and operational issues
* Lead event activations when required
* Maintain clear communication with the Operations team and Regional Manager/Trainer
* Ensure compliance with Strikeforce OH&S policies and HACCP guidelines
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in team leadership and training, ideally within Brand Ambassador, retail, or customer service environments
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage a diverse field team
* Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
