Responsibilities
* Work full‐time on‐site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7‐day trade.
* Plan itineraries, book travel and convert enquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email for customers.
* Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, selling the full holiday package including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers and more.
* Build a customer base of new and returning customers from domestic bookings to international holidays.
* Assist customers with travel‐related questions including visas, best time of year to travel, packing, dining and more.
* Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure.
Qualifications
* Great organisational skills: note‐taking, calendar management and quick response to calls and emails.
* A genuine passion for travel and a desire to help open up the world to customers.
* Determination to meet sales targets and KPIs while balancing workload in a high‐pressure environment.
* Enthusiasm, passion and warmth that encourages customers to book with you each time.
* Savviness with computers, toggling between systems to find optimal flight and package options.
