In 2021, NOMAD Melbourne on Flinders Lane opened its doors.With NOMAD Sydney as its foundation, the group ventured into the Melbourne dining scene, bringing with it the same passion for exceptional food experiences and sustainability ethos. This connection to NOMAD Sydney provides a sense of continuity and heritage, while also allowing NOMAD Melbourne to carve out its own identity within the local dining scene.
Inspiration pulled from travels through Spain, Morocco, and the Middle East paired with a strong belief that Australia, and even more so Greater Victoria, has some of the world's best produce, is what has shaped the venue's identity.
Where modern French cuisine meets historic grandeur. Opened in July 2023 and awarded AGFG \"Current Restaurant of the Year 2024\" and \"Two Hats\", Reine & La Rue offers a modern French culinary experience set within a majestic cathedral space. Our friendly, charming, and knowledgeable service approach ensures an unforgettable dining experience. The Opportunity
We're currently looking for experienced Chefs & Pastry Chefs to join our teams at NOMAD Melbourne & Reine & La Rue This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our teams and make a meaningful impact.
edition's sustainability ethos runs deep when it comes to menu - produce is being sourced locally and highlights the best that Australia and more so Victoria has to offer. Expect to work with fantastic producers such as Blackmore Wagyu, Ramarro Farm, Dog Creek Growers and Great Ocean Road Ducks.
Our ideal candidate will have
- 2+ years experience as a in michelin, hatted or premium restaurants or wine bars
- Commitment, passion and appreciation for the hospitality industry
- Ability to work autonomously while treating guests and peers with respect, humility and kindness

- Availability to work a rotating roster
